Heuristic hypnosis for healing and transformation

An innovative approach combining ancient meditative traditions and modern neuroscience research.

What Is Heuristic Hypnosis?

Your mind has the potential to undo any psychosomatic problem you have with the help of hypnosis – a natural, comfortable state in which you are receptive to suggestions for change but still fully in control.

Through hypnosis, you tap into a part of your subconscious mind that makes it possible for you to accomplish any suitable goal with minimal conscious effort. And with some training, you can enter this state at will!

That’s the main goal of heuristic hypnosis – to actively use your brain to achieve transformation.

You might think that working with a hypnotherapist is like having a chauffeur drive you to your destination while you sit in the back seat. But in sessions with me, you are not just a passenger.

The role of a hypnotherapist is to help you create an inner state beneficial to self-healing. But you are the sole driving force behind your own healing and transformation.

Whether you feel stuck in life or are struggling with anxiety, addictions, or allergies, my goal is to give you the tools and the inner context you need to help change what is holding you back.

Tap into the Power of the Right Hemisphere

For most people, the left part of the brain is more dominant than the right.

Hypnosis allows you to reclaim the power of the right hemisphere and access its hidden potential for healing and transformation.

The change that takes place happens beyond your conscious awareness, so it might seem like magic.

But this magic is simply the result of unlocking its latent, unexplored resources.

"The right hemisphere tends to make changes to its ‘version’ as it gathers information from experience. The left hemisphere, however, tends to stick to its theory in the face of disconfirming evidence. This has been repeatedly demonstrated"

About Philippe Vallat, PhD

Since 2019, I’ve had my hypnotherapy practice in Geneva helping people around me get better swiftly and overcome problems that seemed unsolvable before.

My therapeutic approach integrates my 20-year background as a professor of philosophy and religion, my training as a hypnotherapist at l’ARCHE in Paris and my lifelong interest in meditation and self-hypnosis.

Think of me as your private guide to a better life, a facilitator of your healing and transformation in a safe, nurturing and supportive environment.

"It is the brain's astonishing power to learn and unlearn, to adapt and change, to carry with it the inscriptions of our experiences, that allows us to throw off the shackles of biological materialism, for it is the life we lead that creates the brain we have."
